Enjoy Your Music, Your Way

Manual players

Manual players play independently of any other automatic, manual or cross-fading players, as if they didn't exist.

Manual players are used for:

  • Sound-on-sound monitoring by changing the output device for the player to a different sound card output and previewing songs on headphones.

  • Sound-on-sound effects by using the same output device as another player currently playing.

  • Manual beat matching.

As the name implies, sound files must be manually loaded on automatic players before play will begin. When a sound file is loaded, silence at the beginning and end of the track is removed for you automatically, if detected.

Unlike automatic players, items on the playlist of a manual player are not removed automatically after they are played.

Click an item on the playlist of a manual player to cue it. Double-click it to start playing it instantly
