Typical System
A typical system for all-around use is an Intel processor with 2 GB RAM, 500 GB hard drive, dual-output sound card and monitor.
High Performance System
The ideal high performance system is a fast Intel processor with 4 GB RAM, dual SATA-II hard drives (separate drive for sound files), dual display monitors, and enough sound cards installed to meet the required number of outputs for your application. Concrete DJ supports up to 10 sound card outputs per player.
Third-Party Add-Ons
The Concrete Ripper uses the Lame encoder for mp3 encoding and the Windows Media encoder for wma encoding. The Lame encoder is included with Concrete Tools. If you do not already have Windows Media Player installed, you can download the wma encoder components only from the downloads page. You will need to install iTunes to be able to encode aac files.
