	What Do I Need? All you need is any PC running Windows 2000, XP or Vista with a 15" or larger monitor works. No keyboard. If you don't have a touch screen monitor a regular monitor will work just fine. Use your computer speakers or connect your JUKEBOX computer to your home stereo or pro audio system.	Do I Need A Touch Screen Kiosk? Our Jetson-like touch screen kiosk is handicapped accessible and a great addition to your rental arsenal. Professional Edition
Let the show begin! There are a lot of great extra features in the Professional Edition.

With the Professional Edition the JUKEBOX plays an "opening" sound file automatically when the system is first started up. If nobody is choosing songs it also periodically plays the "opening" sound. The default opening sound, is something like "Hey man, I'm the Self-DJ® JUKEBOX. Come over hear and touch me. I'm free and I'm easy." You can also change the opening sound to be whatever sound file you prefer.

You will find one of the most fun things about listening to your collection with the Professional and Ultimate Editions is being able to play music for a particular year. It is pretty cool just to play just the top 100 for a specific year and get lost in the past. Absolutely a must for class reunions! With the Professional Edition, check the "Years" box in Setup mode. This makes the "Year Pad" visible with 6 years, a "+", "-" and "Top Hits" buttons visible in the lower right corner of the screen. The "+" or "-" buttons let you choose from different years. If you have songs organized in "hit" order for a year, only those songs are displayed. For example, if you choose 1965, and have the Bill Board 100 Top Hits from that year on your system, you can get lost in 1965. See screen-shot.

Doing Self-DJ® Gigs

Using Self-DJ JUKEBOX At Home
For home use, you can run Self-DJ like a typical program in a 1024x768 window instead of taking over the whole display. Simply uncheck "Full-Screen". In this mode, Windows minimize and close buttons appear in the top-right corner.

Self-DJ is designed for computers with touch screen monitors but also works great on standard PCs with a mouse and keyboard. You can also get a touch screen overlay for your monitor for around $125. Works on displays with 1024 x 768 or higher resolution. With higher resolution monitors there is more room for you to see what is coming up next!
